Scope and proposal
Website content is general information, not a binding offer. A project begins only after written scope, price, timeline and acceptance are confirmed.
Client responsibilities
The client must provide lawful content, accurate instructions, timely approvals and access required for delivery. Delays in inputs may move delivery dates.
Fees and payment
Prices, VAT treatment, milestones and third-party costs are defined in the accepted proposal. Unless agreed otherwise, work may be paused when payment is overdue.
Revisions and scope changes
Included revisions are stated in the proposal. New features, changed direction or additional deliverables require a change request and may affect price and timing.
Intellectual property
After full payment, the client receives the rights explicitly stated in the proposal. Pre-existing tools, reusable components, know-how, open-source software and third-party assets remain subject to their original ownership or licences.
Portfolio use
We do not publish confidential work. Unless the proposal says otherwise, non-confidential finished work may be referenced in our portfolio; clients can request a written restriction.
Warranties and liability
We provide services with professional care but do not guarantee revenue, rankings, platform uptime or results controlled by third parties. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by mandatory law and the accepted agreement.
Termination
Either party may terminate under the accepted proposal or mandatory law. Work completed, committed third-party costs and approved milestones remain payable.
Governing law
Croatian law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law resolve disputes after good-faith negotiation.
